Shipping and Returns

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

The Voyage Home is proud to offer free shipping Australia-wide for most orders over the value of $200 shipped with Australia Post. Unfortunately some oversized, bulky or particularly heavy items will not be included in the offer of free shipping. Information about excluded products will be included on the product page.

Orders under $200 that do not include any bulky, oversized or heavy items will incur a flat rate $20 regular shipping Australia-wide.

All orders will be shipped from Metung, Victoria within 48 hours of purchasing. Any orders made after midday on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping however please feel free to contact us at enquiries@thevoyagehome.com.au and we will see what we can do for you.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

While we try to be as transparent in our product photos, measurements and general descriptions as possible, we understand how difficult it is to purchase homewares online. That's why we're happy to accept returns on full priced items within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked.

If you do need to return a purchase:

  • You must inform us of your intention to return your items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be in as new, undamaged condition with all original packaging and product labels included.
  • Bedding, towels and throws must be unwashed, unused and in all original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse the request for a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the above requirements. It is your responsibility to cover postage or additional fees relating to the return. The Voyage Home will not be liable should your return be lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend using a registered postal service with tracking and appropriate level of insurance if necessary.

Please note we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on sale items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to closely inspect your purchase immediately on delivery. If the package appears damaged on arrival, please ensure you take photos of the packaging before opening. Any damages must be reported to The Voyage Home within 48 hours of receipt of goods and you must adhere to the claims process including providing sufficient proof of damage and returning the goods for inspection.​Any goods that are claimed as damaged or faulty outside of the 48 hour period will be treated as a warranty claim and the buyer will be required to cover all delivery and return costs in the claim process.​

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit however we will assist you in resolving the matter with the courier company where possible.
